Synos Corp is the first and only contract manufacturer specializing in the production of ASIC miners exclusively in the United States. We provide turnkey services as well as consignment manufacturing for global market leaders.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. As a CPA, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and guidance to our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, as well as compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting, financial analysis, and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions

- Prepare and analyze financial statements

- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and ensure compliance with reporting requirements

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to clients for improving business performance

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects

- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices

- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to professional ethics

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- CPA certification is required

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting or related field

- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis

- Experience with regulatory reporting requirements

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
